You can permanently delete your Toadee account and personal data right here — no need to wait for us. Sign in below to confirm it’s you. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

Prefer email? You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected] from your account’s email address with your @username; we complete verified requests within 30 days.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. Within the Toadee app you can, at any time:

• Remove saved payment cards (Profile → Payment Methods)
• Delete photos from your profile gallery
• Delete message conversations
• Delete your posts, comments, and reactions
• Remove favorite items and venues
• Edit or clear your profile information (bio, photo, and location)

If you’d like us to delete specific data that isn’t covered by the in-app options, email [email protected] with the details and your @username.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data we hold about you, including:

• Your account details (email, username, display name, and password)
• Your profile (photo, bio, photo gallery, location, and visibility settings)
• Your social data (friends, messages, drink offers, posts, and any dating profile)
• Your game history and other in-app activity
• Your saved payment cards (these are stored by Stripe as tokens and are removed)

What we keep, and why

For legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, we may retain a limited set of transaction and order records (such as receipts and payment history) for the period required by law — generally up to seven years — after which they are deleted. Where we retain such records, we remove or anonymize information that personally identifies you wherever possible. Payment data held by our payment processor, Stripe, is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.
